Oncology Patients and Rehabilitation Nurses: A Necessary Partnership

• Describe two common challenges faced by cancer survivors during rehabilitation
• Individualize nursing care to account for the cognitive impact of some cancer treatment
• Describe the importance of including the patient's support network into nursing care.
