We're hiring a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois with a BSN to provide comprehensive care to children of all ages, with emphasis on pediatrics triage.

Clinical Duties:

• Administer immunizations to patients of all ages
• Administer medications via various routes
• Obtain and document vital signs
• Educate patients and families about health, treatment, medications, and self-care
• Conduct telephone assessments of patients' symptoms
• Prioritize patient care based on symptoms, history, and condition
• Direct patients to appropriate care level
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals
• Delegate tasks
• Communicate with patients, families, and colleagues
• Adhere to infection control protocols
• Maintain clean work environment
• Maintain patient records
• Protect patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois
• BSN required
• Pediatric Experience is a plus
• Triage Experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Shift:

• 12pm-8pm 3 days per week
• 8-4 or 9-5 the other 2 days
• Only open until 5pm on Fridays
• Rotating Saturdays shift: 9am-1pm or 2pm
