Position Description

We’re hiring several Registered Nurses across multiple specialties for full-time, permanent roles at a leading Level I Trauma Center and Teaching Hospital in Peoria. T

Units with Openings:

  • Med-Surg (General, Ortho, Surgical, Nephrology, AMSU)
  • Acute Neuro Med-Surg
  • Telemetry
  • Medical Acute Care

✨ Position Highlights:

  • Schedule: Full-time (36 hrs/week), self-scheduling
  • Shifts: Day, Evening, or Night
  • Sign-On Bonus:
  • Up to $20K for experienced RNs
  • Up to $12.5K for new grads
  • Relocation Assistance: Offered (case-by-case)
  • Differentials: Nights: +$4/hr Weekends: +$3.25/hr

✅ Requirements:

  • Active RN license (IL or Compact)
  • BLS – American Heart Association
  • Prior RN experience preferred
  • COVID-19 vaccine required (exemptions accepted)
