Job Title: RN Med Surg

Location: Peoria,IL 61614

Schedule: 3X12

Shift: Days

Pay Range: $2300- $2401weekly

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care using the nursing process
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Continuously evaluate and modify care plans based on patient progress and outcomes
• Perform thorough assessments and document findings appropriately
• Promote patient and staff safety through appropriate handling techniques and use of equipment
• Serve as a resource and mentor to peers; share clinical knowledge and support team development
• Obtain and handle lab specimens and perform bedside lab testing in accordance with protocols

Education and Certifications:

• Current RN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 3 years of applicable clinical nursing experience
