Registered Nurse New

A partner of Insight Global is looking to add a Registered Nurse to their team. This role is an opportunity to make a real difference. We are looking for an RN who is passionate about helping to transform lives by providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals facing behavioral health challenges, addiction, and homelessness.

About the Role

The RN works as the onsite medical team lead for our medically monitored withdrawal facility, which serves individuals who are intoxicated with or withdrawing from substances. An ideal candidate has excellent clinical assessment skills, demonstrates a high level of critical thinking, and is able to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals facing behavioral health challenges, addiction, and homelessness.
• Lead the onsite medical team for the medically monitored withdrawal facility.
• Conduct clinical assessments and demonstrate critical thinking skills.
• Work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure
• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience preferred

• Ability to perform in high pressure/stress situations

Pay range and compensation package

$39/h - $44/h
